An algorithm for extracting groove rail area based on improved Hough transform

چکیده

In order to improve the accuracy and real-time performance of automatic cleaning groove rails in modern trams, this paper proposes a rail region extraction algorithm based on improved Hough transform. First, speed up detection remove noise, performs series pre-processing images collected by camera, then use Canny edge method extract feature information rail. Finally, is basis traditional transform according actual environment. The three constraints from straight line length, slope distance between left right edges, making more feasible accurate extracting area. reached 97.9%, average was 0.1903s, laying foundation for trough trams.
